I have always been a fan of this Belgique cookware because of it’s exquisite looks. It comes in either stainless steel or a hard anodized finish. The stainless steel is beautiful but the hard anodized is my favorite. The bell shaped pieces enhance heat and moisture circulation which helps tenderize food and give it more flavor. The angle of the handle lets you grip it easily and there is a handy hang hole on the end. The cookware has tempered glass lids so you can see the food.
With the stainless steel you can use metal utensils, something you can’t do with the anodized finish. The pots and pans are dishwasher safe and have a limited lifetime warranty. While they can be used with gas, electric, glass and induction stovetops, they are only safe for low to medium heat. They are safe for oven temperatures up to 450 degrees.
The hard anodized Belgique cookware features a heavy duty, non-stick interior that allows cooking with less fat. They are oven safe up to 460 degrees but can’t be used with induction stovetops. You can use wood or nylon utensils but not metal. The hard anodized cookware has a lifetime warranty.
